Here are the steps that will help you

You got a Windows.zip file and a .ucas file when u downloaded it. Extract the .zip file and copy the Headcam-Windows-002.ucas file to EXTRACTED_FOLDER/Windows/headcam-Camera/Content/Paks/Headcam-Windows-002.ucas. If the game doesn't run you should remove the -002 from the name of the .ucas file
